Chemical Injection Quill

Chemical injection quills are designed to ensure rapid dispersal of injected chemicals. Quills areavailable in different materials and include a check valve to prevent backflow. Quills should be installedusing the appropriate piping compound or Teflon tape. Install the quill pointing upward, in a positionbetween four to eight o’clock in the pipe so gravity can assist the check valve in seating. Spring-loadedmodels can be installed in other positions if necessary.
